抽沙船如何適應河道的環境

      抽(chou)沙船(chuan)是一種依靠(kao)(kao)抽(chou)沙泵對河(he)(he)沙進行(xing)抽(chou)取的(de)(de)水上采(cai)沙設(she)備(bei)，在這(zhe)之前先依靠(kao)(kao)機械部分(fen)對河(he)(he)床(chuang)進行(xing)破壞(huai)，使得河(he)(he)床(chuang)底(di)層的(de)(de)泥沙更(geng)好的(de)(de)同水流混合(he)，抽(chou)沙泵將泥沙通過輸(shu)沙管道輸(shu)送到抽(chou)沙船(chuan)上或者指定(ding)地(di)點進行(xing)篩分(fen)和儲運(yun)工(gong)作。抽(chou)沙船(chuan)作為(wei)一種高效的(de)(de)抽(chou)沙設(she)備(bei)，其自身的(de)(de)功能(neng)決定(ding)其抽(chou)沙強度(du)與(yu)抽(chou)沙效率(lv)。
      當然(ran)(ran)除去抽(chou)(chou)(chou)沙(sha)(sha)(sha)船(chuan)的(de)本(ben)身(shen)構造和性能(neng)外(wai)，抽(chou)(chou)(chou)沙(sha)(sha)(sha)船(chuan)的(de)能(neng)否(fou)發揮自身(shen)的(de)優(you)勢還與(yu)其(qi)所處(chu)(chu)的(de)環境有關。首(shou)先(xian)是氣候問題(ti)，我(wo)們都知道國內的(de)結冰地域一般(ban)是以秦嶺(ling)淮河線為(wei)基(ji)準的(de)。北方的(de)結冰期(qi)(qi)就(jiu)不利(li)于抽(chou)(chou)(chou)沙(sha)(sha)(sha)船(chuan)的(de)采(cai)沙(sha)(sha)(sha)工(gong)作。因此除做(zuo)好抽(chou)(chou)(chou)沙(sha)(sha)(sha)船(chuan)的(de)防(fang)凍(dong)工(gong)作外(wai)，還要將抽(chou)(chou)(chou)沙(sha)(sha)(sha)船(chuan)內部(bu)的(de)冷卻水放凈，防(fang)止因結冰而導(dao)致凍(dong)裂。而南方雖然(ran)(ran)處(chu)(chu)于無冰期(qi)(qi)或者冰期(qi)(qi)過渡帶(dai)，但是在冬季氣溫地下，也需要做(zuo)好抽(chou)(chou)(chou)沙(sha)(sha)(sha)船(chuan)的(de)防(fang)凍(dong)工(gong)作。
      其次因為河道(dao)(dao)中沙石(shi)(shi)含量的(de)(de)配比(bi)不(bu)同，石(shi)(shi)子(zi)比(bi)較少，且直徑較小(xiao)的(de)(de)河道(dao)(dao)更容易展現(xian)抽沙船的(de)(de)生產性能。而對于含沙量在50%以下(xia)的(de)(de)河道(dao)(dao)就(jiu)不(bu)建議使用(yong)(yong)抽沙船進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)抽取，最好(hao)使用(yong)(yong)鏈斗式(shi)挖沙船配備一般(ban)篩(shai)沙網就(jiu)可(ke)以將(jiang)石(shi)(shi)子(zi)篩(shai)除。而如果(guo)石(shi)(shi)子(zi)很多，直徑又(you)比(bi)較大的(de)(de)河道(dao)(dao)，挖沙船就(jiu)需要配備滾筒(tong)篩(shai)對河沙中的(de)(de)石(shi)(shi)子(zi)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)篩(shai)分。經(jing)過(guo)篩(shai)分后(hou)的(de)(de)石(shi)(shi)子(zi)一般(ban)直接(jie)流入另一側的(de)(de)河道(dao)(dao)，或者如果(guo)有經(jing)濟(ji)價值也(ye)可(ke)由傳(chuan)送帶輸送到岸上進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)破碎(sui)機(ji)破碎(sui)制成機(ji)制沙，可(ke)以實現(xian)資源的(de)(de)有效(xiao)利用(yong)(yong)。

抽沙船
